I just wanted to write and tell you how great our trip to the Pantanal was (June 26-29)! Adjalma (DJ) was a perfect guide - he was professional, courteous, and efficient, but at the same time he was very likable and had a warm demeanor. My entire family enjoyed our 4 days with him and he was always a pleasure to be around. His English skills were great, so communication was very easy. He's got the perfect combination of skills that make him an ideal guide. You are fortunate that he is part of your organization. Also, the Pousada Rio Claro was a good fit for us. The accomodations were very comfortable, clean, and attractive and the staff there was great! Please feel free to use me as a reference for other clients.
