The inn began with just three simple apartments inside a house and it was then that the extension of the structures took place. Even with the great extension and complete use of the marked area, the new structure was thought so Noronha's nature wouldn't be in any way degraded, and that happened without the falling of a single tree.

In the total, nine bungalows were constructed over platforms, and by that avoiding interference with the water course in the rain period. All environment norms were correctly followed in the implantation and realisation of this wonderful project of architectural engineering.
