The architectural project previews almost no intervention in the soil. The bungalows and the leisure and service areas are constructed over platforms and the construction material is mainly replanted trees' wood.
 The energy and water supply as well as the sewer system were also carefully implemented with nature preservation in mind.

The structures comprise of six double bungalows, reception, restaurant and bar, pool with six water massage spots (Jacuzzi), always respecting the environment and view, with the climate making it perfect.

The Bungalows have two floors, with two apartments each. Apartments have an area of approximately 40 sq m, and feature balcony with hammoc, air conditioning split, Mini bar, King size box beds, 21" TV flat screen Cable TV, hot water with solar heating.

Teju-balcony is directed to the area surrounding the inn, with a view to the Mata Atlântica (Tropical Coast Forest), by the foot of Morro do Pico (The Peaks Hill). Teju-Açú - First Floor, with the right foot higher, accompanying the roof, with a view directed to the inn's intern area.
