Estancia Vitoria is a nature and rustic lodge in the Pantanal wetlands, a largely untouched region with a great variety of fauna and flora. The Estancia Vitoria is a small Pousada on the border of the Pantanal offering accommodations up to 24 guests. A Swiss Brazilian family that actually lives there and loves to show to all tourists their way of life in the Wild West of Brazil owns the property. They treat every guest like a member of the family. Tourists will be surprised by the delicious food and certainly will never forget the contact with the farm animals. The property also offers a restaurant, one swimming pool. Horseback riding and mountain biking are the two most requested leisure-possibilities. 1st day: Cuiabá – Pantanal (135 km)Leaving the airport towards Poconé well known for its gold mining since Jesuit times. You will be able to observe the topographic and vegetation change from the Cuiabá plain to the Pantanal plain. Stop for lunch at the typical family in Poconé. Continuation on the Transpantaneira (earth road) until Ueso farm.During the way you can observe the local fauna and flora. Arrival, check-in and accommodation. Dinner and overnight at the farm.
2nd day: PantanalOptional trekking to watch the sunrise. Breakfast at the farm. Boat trip with piranha fishing. Return and lunch at the farm. Walk around to apreciate the river. Dinner and overnight at the farm.
3rd day: PantanalBreakfast at the farm. This time the excursion is on horse-back, even for the beginners (tame horses).Return and lunch at the farm. With renewed energies our next tour is on a bike through Transpantaneira. If we're lucky it's possible to observe Crocodilles (Cayman), Tuiuiús (Jaburús), birds and other animals. Return to the farm for dinner and overnight. 4th day: Pantanal - CuiabáBreakfast at the farm. Depending on flight time it's still possible to do some horse riding or biking. Transfer to Cuiaba.
