Wonderfully placed into the middle of the Pantanal (starting in Poconé, 42 km along the Transpantaneira, then 3 km privat street into the Pantanal), this farm is situated directly at the river Rio Claro. All rooms are comfortably furnished, incl. bathroom with shower and toilet as well as air-conditioning and ventilator. The farm offers more then 20 rooms, a swimming pool, and a separate restaurant with bar.

The Pantanal had not sutfored in any way from the farm. No trees or plants have been removed, there has been no deforestation for the cattle-breeding. There is a forest nearly as well as a big lake inviting visitions for riding, walking and fishing. During the wet season, there might be moskitos in the morning and in the evening, but as well have air-conditioning and a fam, comfortable nights can be guaranted.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are each served as a arm and cold buffet in the restaurant (local cusine only). All beverages can be bought more or less to at cost-price. The wet season, the last 3 km to the farm will not be passable other than by boat.

1st day: Cuiabá – Pantanal (142 km)

After arrival in Cuiabá, our English speaking (with name-board) is welcomes you. You will be assisted with your luggage, followed by direct transfer to Pousada Rio Claro (3 hrs), situated in the Pantanal. On arrival at the pousada you will be welcomed and after check-in you can take a refreshing shower in your room. Rest of the at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Pousada Rio Claro.

2nd day: Pantanal

After a delicious Brazilian breakfast an ecological trek throught the surrounding area, to observe local fauna and flora. After lunch a reconnaissance tour in motorized canoes to observe the local fauna and flora. Dinner at the pousada. At night alligator spotting in motorized canoe or car. Overnight at Pousada Rio Claro.

3rd day: Pantanal

After breakfast piranha-fishing in motorized canoes followed by lunch. After lunch rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Pousada Rio Claro.

4th day: Pantanal - Cuiabá

After breakfast transfer back to the airport of Cuiabá in time for your domestic flight.

More trips by ar at the transpantaneira not including, but very cheap, you must pay only 1 brazilian Reais p. km.
