	Vilma german speaking, married, 2 childrens, born and grown up 54 years oldly in Itapiranga in the federal state Santa Catarina. She at first studied education after the school-leaving qualification and worked as a teacher. She in addition operates a small Fazenda together with her husband nearby the Pantanal. After an additional education she has worked as a courier in the Pantanal for many years. Disposes Vilma of excellent place knowledge of Mato Grosso and the flora and fauna of the Pantanal studied thoroughly. It is therefore an ideal courier for this area of Brazil.
	Patricia German-speaking, was born in 1974 in Rio de Janeiro, is married with 1 child. She trained as an educator and worked in this profession for several years in Brazil. Her family relocated to Cuiabá where she went to the university and got her degree as a travel guide in Pantanal. Patricia lived in Switzerland for 16 years and speaks very good German. Patricia is not very experienced as a guide in Pantanal yet, but she is very hard-working and studies the flora and fauna of the Pantanal in her spare time, she is highly motivated, reliable, amiable and likes to work with people. She has been working for our company in Poconé since July 2009.
	Pedro-Paulo englishspeaking, was 1969 born on a Fazenda in the Pantanal and has spent his whole life in the Pantanal practically. It knows every spot and every stone in the northern Pantanal. After the school-leaving qualification it started with studies of biology in Cuiabá, must to feed the studies around its family, however, early break off. It is married and has 2 children. It has a recognized degree as a travel-guide. Pedro Paulo works exclusively for us since 1999. Due to his extensive knowledge Pedro Paulo is one of the best travel guides in the Pantanal. Clear sign for it is "his mention correctly travel" in a lot of Brazil guidebook this as well as the facts he should already repeatedly be wooed away by other agencies
	Adjalma 45 years oldly is married and has a charming son, english-/portuguese speaking). He lives in Cuiabá, born and a colourfast Cuiabano are there. He at first studied on the right sciences and is a postdoctoral lawyer. After that he completed a course for tourism in the Pantanal and the guidebook leader licence for the Pantanal acquired. For over 7 years he has worked as a travel guide in the Pantanal and also knows about the flora and fauna of the Pantanal very well. His enthusiasm, his engagement and his enthusiasm ability for the Pantanal has drawn our attention to him. He has worked for our agency since April 2007 and stands out due to high knowledge, hard-working, honesty, punctuality and reliability.
	Juan-Paulo englishspeaking, Juan-Paulo is married (no children), is Cuiabano in Cuiabá and a more colourfastly. His father is from Belgium and was also a very successful guidebook from whom Juan-Paulo has learned very much. Until his 17th year of life Juan-Paulo accompanied his father at all Pantanaltouren. He loves the Pantanal and obliged for body and soul to the Pantanal. He freelance studied tourism at the Escola Técnica Federal de Mato Grosso and is for 4 years as an independent travel guide (Freelancer) in the Pantanal since the middle of 2007 for our agency in Pconé.
	German-speaking, married, 53 years old, he was born in Rio Grande do Norte (southern Brazil) and grew up there. After his education he went into the hotel and gastronomy business and ran a successful restaurant for years. He then relocated with his wife to Cuiabá. After a class at the university in Cuiabá he worked as a driver and travel guide in the Pantanal for 12 years. He is very committed, reliable, likeable and he can track animals, he can practically smell them. Since June 2009, Ariberto has been working exclusively for our agency as a German-speaking guide.
	Vicente englishspeaking, born in Cuiabá, 56 years old, married with 4 children. He used to run a fazenda near the Pantanal for several years and is very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the Pantanal. 20 years ago he trained to be a travel guide for the Pantanal at the university in Cuiabá and since then worked as a driver and guide for a few local agencies in Cuiabá. As of 2009 he works as a travel guide for our company. His experience of many years and extensive expertise have made him a valuable co-worker for us and we are very glad to have him in our team.
	Paulo english-speaking, his family is from Portugal, he was born in 1970 in Mozambique, he is unmarried and has no children. He studied Biology and Classics in Portugal (with degree) and is very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the diverse ecosystems in Mato Grosso (Pantanal, Chapada, Amazon). He has worked in various national and international projects, national parks and zoological gardens (Egypt, Chile, Portugal, Holland, Spain, Scotland, Iceland, Germany, USA), took the optional subject ornithology under Carlos Pacheco PhD (Universidade Coimbra, Portugal). He has been in Brazil since 2008, working as a travel guide in the Pantanal, the past 9 months he worked at the Pousada Rio do Mutum in the Pantanal and as of August 2009 he is working as a guide for us.
	Fisher english-speaking, 38 years old, born in Cuiabá, divorced, 2 children. After his tourism studies in Cuiabá he lived in the USA for some time, then he came back and worked as an English teacher and travel guide in the Pantanal. He is a nature person who loves seclusion and who cannot really live in cities; he can't stand it there for longer than two days, then he has to go back into the wild. He is very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the Pantanal. When Fisher is in the mood, he takes out his guitar in the evening and regales people with his music. Fisher has been working for more than 10 years in the Pantanal as a freelance worker for several agencies; since 2007 he has also been working for us, taking charge of a few of our groups every year with great success. Fisher is a specialist for camping and survival tours.

Lunch in Poconé As a rule, on arrival in Cuiabá until 12 o'clock at noon and following journey into the Pantanal our customers make an intermediate stop in Poconé (last town in front of the Pantanal) to eat in a typically Brazilian family lunch there.
