Tour 1: Pantanal + Chapada dos Guimarăesmin. 4 days/3 nightsindividually arrangeable with the possibility of extension, conductible throughout the whole year - print  All trips on this tour will be adjusted to the individual conditions of flora, fauna, weather and water level. You will be brought to where you can see as much plants and animals as possible. We also take the physical condition of the participants into consideration. Accommodations will only be made in quarters in unflooded areas (end of November/beginning of December to March/April) which offer many possibilities of watching the animal and plant life. Many trips depend on water level and the particular conditions of the local flora and fauna and could be changed on location by the travel guide. The program is rather chosen by nature than men.
The trips include hikes, horse rides, boat tours and (partially) car trips through the beauties of nature of the Pantanal. You will be accompanied by a competent and experienced guide who is at your disposal only 24 hours a day. After a stay of two nights the accommodations will be changed in order for you to get an extensive impression of the Pantanal region. You also cannot find every animal in the vicinity of your lodge. All fazendas/pousadas have clean rooms with AC/fan as well as bath/WC en suite, some also offer a swimming pool. Depending on your booking and preferences you also have the option of staying in the Table Mountains of Chapada dos Guimarăes. The sequence of Pantanal and Chapada is dependent on local circumstances as well as your time of arrival and departure. |

2nd day: PANTANAL – Pousada Piuval
About 5 o'clock, sunrise tour in order to watch the goings of the many birds in the vicinity of the lodge before sunrise. The Pantanal awakes and the day begins, a beautiful spectacle of nature. After breakfast you will get your first impressions about the diversity of the vegetation, birds and animals on a hike. Here you have the eventuality to see, amongst other things, nests of the Jabiru-stork as well as the blue hyacinth macaw and various other birds. After breakfast, riding with the horses as one of the best ways to explore the Pantanal. After lunch, departure to the next lodge. |

2nd to 4th day: PANTANAL – Hotel/Fazenda Santa Tereza
Over the road of the Transpantaneira with its many wooden bridges you will get to the Fazenda Santa Tereza. En route you will maybe see the Whistling Heron (Syrigma sibilatrix), the omnipresent Jabiru (Jabiru mycteria), the Toco Toucan (Ramphastos toco), the Great Egret (Casmerodius albus), the Limpkin (Aramus guarauna), and the Great Black Hawk (Buteogallus urubitinga). In the afternoon you will ride through the surrounding area of the lodge. After dinner you will conduct a night safari for observation of nocturnal animals.At the next day it's time for getting up early. In the wee hours of the morning you can see with any luck the yellow or Paraguayan anaconda (Eunectes notaeus) sunbathing. Marsh Deer (Blastocerus dichotomus) is not rare either.
A special highlight of the Fazenda Santa Tereza is the boat trip where you can see all exponents of the kingfisher (Chloroceryle/ Ceryle), Striated Heron (Butorides striatus), Trinidad Piping-guan (Aburria pipile), Snail Kite (Rostrhamus sociabilis) and many specials more. You are accompanied by the omnipresent Black-collared Hawk (Busarellus nigricollis) which is only waiting to cut fish thrown away by fisherman out of the water.
With any luck you can gaze from the boat at one of the shy Giant Otter (Pteronura brasiliensis). Alone their communication with whistle noises is an impressive spectacle. In the twilight night jars, Pauraques (Nyctidromus albicollis) and Nighthawks (Chordeiles minor) often can be observed. After the boat trip you will return to you lodge in the late afternoon. Supper and a chance for another night safari.

4th to 5th day: PANTANAL – Pousada Rio Claro
You will leave the Fazenda Santa Tereza at day 5 after lunch. Drive along the Transpantaneira to the next lodge. You can already see many animals and plants on the Transpantaneira but short stops for observation and photographs will be made. After arrival at the Pousada Rio Claro and allocation of the rooms you can freshen up. After that you can conduct more tours according to your wishes but you can also relax at the poolside. You will make a boat trip on the river in the afternoon to watch birds, reptiles and other animals living in and near the river. And with a little bit of luck you will succeed in fishing for a piranha. Short before sunset, return to the lodge and supper. If you wish we can arrange for a trip after dinner in order to track caimans and other nocturnal animals. |

6th day: PANTANAL - Chapada dos Guimarăes
Sunrise tour to experience the awakening of the Pantanal. After breakfast an excursion to the nearby gallery forest and the surrounding of the pousada in order to observe the flora and fauna of the Pantanal begins, a horse ride is possible as well. After lunch you will ride to the Chapada dos Guimarăes a severely different environment. Watching the sunset from the top of the high plateau by the Cidade de Pedra. Dinner will be served in a local restaurant and accommodations in the Hotel Turismo or in the Pousada Penhasco, dependent on your booking. |

7th day: Chapada dos Guimarăes - Cuiabá
After breakfast, visiting of the national park with its many waterfalls, the biggest is Véu de Noiva with a height of 96 meters. You will get the change of a refreshing bath in one of the falls. Return to Cuiabá to the airport. Finale of the subsequent program (Departure from Cuiabá usually at about 5:15 p.m.)Prices per person:
