An unforgettable evening! The evening starts with a beautiful show, presented by “Balé Folclórico da Bahia”, at “Teatro Miguel Santana” in Pelourinho, which will present the rich tradition of African-Bahian culture through “afoxé” (a typical dance from Brazil), “maculelê” (another typical dance from Brazil), “candomblé” (an African religion practiced in Brazil), “samba de roda” (circle samba, it is the most traditional form of samba and it is a ritual preserved in some towns in Bahia), “puxada de rede” (a Brazilian folkloric theatrical play, seen in many capoeira performances) and tradicional Angolan and regional capoeiras. After the show we will have dinner in a charming resturant in Pelourinho, so you will be able to try delicious Bahian food. You just can’t miss an evening like this!
