At Pixaim Rivers border, with access at Transpantaneira Road km 67, Hotel Fazenda Santa Tereza is priviliged not only with the scenery s beauty, but also by the location at the middle of the Roads begin in Poconé and the end at Porto Jofre. Sta. Tereza Farm since 1997 offers a familiar and cozy lodging for tourists from all over the world, with no loss to the cattle farm tradition and rural life kept by the owners over 4 generations of the family in the Pantanal. There are 10 apartments in a rural style building offering the necessary comfort and a good field and river edge view. Equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan and private bathroom and a capacity for 3 or 4 persons each. Restaurant with excellent typical food of the region, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. Between the activities and meals in the restaurant you can enjoy the swimming-pool to refresh. The activities offered by the hotel propose a continuous interaction with Pantanals fauna and flora in different situations and enviroments: trekking, motorboat ride, horse back ride, fishing, bicycle.

(All tours will be individually arranged for according to your desires and constitution. Our guides will always take into consideration your suggestions; therefore the example described in the following is only a rough example).

Day 1 Cuiabá – Pantanal (167 km)
After arrival in Cuiabá, our English speaking guide (with name-board) is welcomes you. You will be assisted with your luggage, followed by direct transfer to Pousada Santa Tereza (3,5 hrs), situated in the Pantanal. On arrival at the pousada you will be welcomed and after check-in you can take a refreshing shower in your room. Rest of the at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Fazenda Santa Tereza. (D)

Day 2 Pantanal
After a delicious Brazilian breakfast an ecological trek throught the surrounding area, to observe local fauna and flora. After lunch a reconnaissance tour in motorized canoes to observe the local fauna and flora. Dinner at the pousada. At night alligator spotting in motorized canoe or car. Overnight at Pousada Santa Tereza (B, L, D)

Day 3 Pantanal - Cuiabá
After breakfast transfer back to the airport of Cuiabá in time for your domestic flight. (B)

After breakfast piranha-fishing in motorized canoes followed by lunch. After lunch rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Pousada Santa Tereza. (B, L, D)

Day 4 Pantanal - Cuiabá
After breakfast transfer back to the airport of Cuiabá in time for your domestic flight. (B)

More trips by ar at the transpantaneira not including, but very cheap, you must pay only 1 brazilian Reais p. km.
