General trading conditions
1. Expiration of reservation:
Reservations are received in writing verbally (by telephone) or by E-Mail, fax and/or letter post. Subsequently, a written reservation confirmation/calculation is issued.
2. Terms of payment:
After reservation a pre-payment is due of 10 % of the total price, until two weeks before travel beginning the remaining total amount.
3. Passport -, Devision -, Visas -, tarif and inoculation regulations:
Information receive you with need from us (without guarantee). Since these regulations can change constantly, we recommend to you to inquire additionally with the responsible consulates.
4. Insurance:
Each traveler is insured at the airlines according to valid legal regulations (if flights over us to be booked). We recommend beyond that the conclusion to accident on a trip -, travel client and luggage insurance. The requests receive you with need from

5. Adhesion:
Pantanal-/Amazonas-Tours, represented by Mr. Günter Stysch, appear only as mediators of the respective airline and/or Fazenda/Hotels/Pousadas, travel guide and transportation service enterprise. Since it is not an organizer, it is not responsible for
the contribution of the achievement.
6. Resignation and transfer posting fees:
Until 30 days before travel beginning we compute a cancellation fee of 10 % of the total amount, to before travel beginning must we you 25 % compute. Further cancellation costs do not result. When reservations for the Hotel SESC as well as hotel reservations over Weihnachten/Silvester and Carneval the entire travel price is due (100 % cancellation fee), since we must likewise lay out the full price when reservation. During booked flights a cancellation fee of 35,00 Euro, after ticket exhibition results 135,00 Euro to before ticket exhibition. With the acquisition of so-called contingents and/or special prices the cancellation fee amounts to 100 % (depending upon trading conditions of the individual airlines).
7. General:
All prices, flight dates, air routes etc. correspond to the newest conditions. We reserve ourselves tariff amendments. With the registration the general trading conditions are recognized.
General trading conditions for package tours and hotels (in addition of the general regulations of the valid passenger traffic right).
1. Registration
The travel registration is a binding offer on the conclusion of a travel contract. It takes place via the applicant, also for all in the registration with specified participant. With the written travel confirmation the contract comes off. If contents of the travel confirmation of contents of the registration deviate, then the contract on the basis of the travel confirmation comes off - if the traveler explains not within of 7 days that he does not want to accomplish the journey in this form.
2. Resignation
After travel start does not exist a requirement on refunding. Resignation fees are not raised, if for the withdrawn travel express taker a spare person is provided. Costs arise only for changes of name. A condition is that the spare person corresponds to the special requirements regarding the journey and or official laws of the inland or the respective ziellandes do not oppose. Resignation or notice by the organizer is possible until 14 days before the journey, if 1. the minimum number of participants is not reached. 3. Transfer

4. Remedy
